A flat fee of $50 is required for all in person consultations. Should you choose not to order the deposit is automatically forfeited. If the furniture piece is chosen from the portfolio, the fee is waived and goes towards your balance.
A 50% deposit is required to start the building of all custom furniture pieces. It is non refundable after 2 weeks of commission.
Final payment is due on delivery.
If your furniture is shipped to or picked up in Hawaii, We are required to charge applicable 4.5% on sales tax.
If you are located in Wahiawa, Schofield or Miliani we deliver and set up your custom furniture free of charge. Otherwise there a small delivery fee.
The complexity of the job, including design, fabrication and finishing. Elon’s does not rush work, simple or complex.
Depending on how detailed a project is it could take 6 to 16 weeks.
Should the furniture break because of workmanship we will repair or replace at our discretion.warranty
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement. Orders my be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee up to a week.
